Pre-Order Shipping Timeline
EIRI is currently available as a pre-order. We are targeting a June 2026 ship date for all first-batch pre-orders. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.

We currently ship to the following countries:
- United States, Canada
- United Kingdom, Ireland
- Australia, New Zealand
- Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland
- Sweden, Norway, Denmark
- Spain, Italy, Portugal, Poland
- Singapore, Japan, UAE

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Pre-order customers receive priority shipping as part of their order.
Delivery Estimates
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- UK & Ireland: 2–4 business days
- Europe: 4–7 business days
- USA & Canada: 5–10 business days
- Australia, NZ & Asia: 7–14 business days
These are estimates and may vary. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at thoughts@eirisleep.com and we will investigate with the courier.
