Refund Policy

Pre-Order Cancellations

Because EIRI is currently a pre-order product, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund at any time before your order ships. To request a cancellation, email us at thoughts@eirisleep.com with your order details and we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.

Returns After Delivery

Once your EIRI has shipped, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return it for a full refund, provided it is:

In its original condition and packaging
Not damaged through misuse

To initiate a return, email thoughts@eirisleep.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your EIRI arrives damaged or develops a fault within 12 months of delivery, we will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you. Please email us with photos of the issue and we will resolve it promptly.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time to appear on your statement.
