EIRI ("we", "us") is a product developed by Jacob Mulvey. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit eirisleep.com, how we use it, and your rights under UK GDPR.
What we collect
- Email address — when you join the early list, we store your email address in our database.
- Usage data — we use the Meta Pixel to collect anonymous data about how visitors find and interact with our site (page views, button clicks). This uses cookies and may include your IP address and browser information. We only do this with your consent.
Why we collect it
- Your email is used solely to send you updates about EIRI's development and, when available, pre-order information. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send.
- Usage data helps us understand how people discover EIRI and improve our advertising. We only collect this if you click "Accept" on our cookie banner.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of third-party services to operate our site:
- Supabase — stores your email address securely. Data is held in the EU. Privacy policy
- Resend — sends transactional emails on our behalf. Privacy policy
- Meta (Facebook) — receives anonymous analytics data via the Meta Pixel, only if you consent. Privacy policy
- Vercel — hosts this website. Privacy policy
We do not sell your data to anyone.
Cookies
We only set non-essential cookies (used by the Meta Pixel) if you click "Accept" on our cookie banner. You can change your preference at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for eirisleep.com.
How long we keep your data
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Usage analytics data held by Meta is subject to their own retention policies.
